Small towns. Big cities. No matter where you live, we get it. The hustle and bustle of everyday life can get to be a little much sometimes. In the world of constant connectivity, email alerts, and being notified of a new message in ten different languages and sounds, sometimes it’s nice to turn the noise off and disconnect. Truly disconnect.
We like to think that the Inn at Warner Hall, with our country setting and luxurious bed and breakfast service, we provide that peaceful solitude…even if you are not traveling alone. Relaxing by the fire in the drawing room. Curling up with a book on the sun porch. Taking an evening dip in the hot tub.
Or, as many guests tell us, taking the peaceful stroll down to the bank of the Severn River and the Warner Hall boathouse.
From there, you can just sit. Reflect. Look around. Watch the soft movement of the water. Lounge in beach chairs and see who can spot the most bald eagles. Gaze out across the meadow and toward Warner Hall’s manor house, imagining life here during the Revolution.
Sit inside on the plush furniture. Grab a lounge chair and lay outside. Dangle your feet off the dock.
Want to get active? Kayaks and canoes are available for you to take out on the water and really get one with nature.
You can explore the fields. Play horseshoe. Challenge each other to a game of corn hole.
Fish with our selection of rods or just drop lines in the water and eat the supper basket prepared for you.
Planning a corporate retreat here? The boathouse can be a great spot for a breakout session.
No matter what your reason for taking the walk to the boathouse, we recommend leaving the phone in your room.
