The comfort and convenience of our guests is our primary concern. All of the Inn's guestrooms are beautifully furnished with a combination of period antiques and incredibly comfortable beds and matresses. Guests will also enjoy sumptuous Schumacher fabrics and wall coverings throughout the Inn. All of the Inn's eleven spacious guestrooms have 10' ceilings, comfortable sitting areas, private bathrooms, individual climate control, telephone and CD clock radio. Our down comforters, pillows, terry robes, bottled water, home-made treats and Gilchrist & Soames bath products will ensure a delightful stay!
All rates are based on double occupancy and include a full breakfast with choice of entrées. Complimentary snacks and soft beverages are available throughout the day. Some rooms have the capacity to accomodate more than two people. There is a $40 charge per additional person, per room night.
There is a two-night minimum on weekends and some holidays. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable (less credit card processing fees) with ten days notice of cancelation.
Bookings which involve 6 or more rooms require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation with full, non-refundable payment due 30 days in advance of arrival. Whole house bookings for weddings and special events require full, non-refundable payment, or a credit card guarantee by the function host, sixty days in advance. Please consult the innkeepers if you have questions.
The Inn at Warner Hall is a smoke free environment. Children aged eight years and up are welcome. Some rooms are pet friendly. Please inquire with the innkeepers.
Check-in begins at 3pm. Notification of arrival after 8pm is appreciated. Check out is 11am. Sales and Lodging Tax 9%.
